Qualificações

• Must have Bachelor’s Degree OR
• Apprentice Certification OR
• High School with 4 years combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military experience OR
• Associate Degree in a Trade/Technical and 3 years relevant manufacturing, shipbuilding, trade and/or military experience

Responsabilidades

• Supervises, assigns, coordinates and evaluates semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel according to their skill, experience and job knowledge.
• Supervises and trains employees to improve quality and quantity of work performed.
• Recommends training to enhance skill and productivity of employees and assists in development of training procedures.
