Job summary

Aalo Atomics is seeking an Engineering Manager – Nuclear Facilities to lead the Idaho facilities engineering team, ensuring safe, reliable, and properly configured systems across CAF, Aalo-0, and future Idaho projects. You will supervise Cognizant System Engineers and facility engineers, set technical ownership, and coordinate with Safety, QA, Operations, and project teams to deliver reliable performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline as listed.
• 10+ years in engineering, with nuclear/regulated environments.
• Experience leading engineering teams and technical organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cognizant System Engineers and facility engineers in Idaho facilities.
• Define roles, ownership, and engineering quality expectations.
• Allocate resources based on priorities and risks; manage performance.
• Ensure design-basis input to work planning and response to emergent issues.
• Oversee configuration management and change control across facilities.
