Job summary

Entergy is seeking a engineering intern to participate in Reactor Engineering, Design Engineering, Systems & Components, or Engineering Plant Support activities. You will engage in day-to-day tasks such as data analysis, document preparation, and cross-functional teamwork on deadlines.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a relevant engineering degree (sophomore or higher) with a 2.8+ GPA, strong analytical and communicative skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Sophomore or beyond at time of hire.
• Minimum GPA 2.8 on a 4.0 scale, verified by transcript.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day activities within the engineering group.
• Conduct troubleshooting and data analysis tasks.
• Prepare documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and interoffice correspondence.
• Follow up on tasks with attention to detail, meeting deadlines.
• Support on-shift during power maneuvers as needed.
