Job summary

System One is seeking a Nuclear Maintenance & Technical Training Developer / Instructor (Electrical) to design and implement training programs for M&T in a nuclear setting. The role involves coordinating with regulators, partners, and internal teams to ensure standards compliance and effective training delivery.

The instructor will develop curricula using SAT, prepare examinations, and drive continuous improvement through audits and feedback while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of plant

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years total experience in M&T training or related field.
• 2+ years in a commercial nuclear electrical maintenance discipline.
• 4+ years of military nuclear experience.
• Proven ability to analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate training programs.
• Strong technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain M&T training programs and procedures per NRC and INPO standards.
• Create curriculum using SAT and coordinate with regulators and partners.
• Prepare trainee exams, evaluations, and on-the-job training materials.
• Assist in audits and improve training effectiveness based on feedback.
