Job summary

DTE Energy in Michigan is seeking a Nuclear Instructor to design, develop, and evaluate classroom and hands-on training using the SAT model. You will guide students in initial Operations and Technical training and work with the line organization to address performance needs.

This role emphasizes leadership, safety, and regulatory alignment. The position requires multi-track education credentials and experience in one or more nuclear disciplines, with collaboration across NRC and INPO to maintain

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with five years of related industry experience OR
• Associate degree in science/engineering/education with three years of related industry experience OR
• Bachelor's degree in science/engineering/education with one year of related industry experience

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors SME presenters to maximize student benefit.
• Trainings conducted in accordance with Nuclear Training procedures and best practices.
• Maintain accreditation for assigned training programs with NRC/INPO.
• Lead performance gap analyses to drive training improvements.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through data analysis and trend reporting.
