Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company and its WECTEC Staffing Services team are seeking an Electrical Field Engineering Consultant for a 12-month contract on site at the South Texas Project Nuclear Plant in Wadsworth, TX. You will provide electrical field engineering support for plant modifications and project activities.

The role requires 10+ years of electrical systems and work-control experience (preferably nuclear), an Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent experience, and passing a nuclear

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical systems and work-control experience (preferably nuclear).
• Electrical Engineering Degree or relevant experience.
• Pass a stringent nuclear site background, fitness for duty including a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical field engineering support for plant modifications and project activities, including scope evaluations, constructability reviews, and development of complete electrical work packages.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, Planning, and craft to support safe, compliant installation, testing, turnover, and closure of electrical modifications.
