Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited)
• 3+ years of experience with design of electrical systems (high voltage, switchgear, motor controls)
• US Citizenship required per federal contract
• Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery
• Develop design studies, perform engineering calculations and analyses
• Prepare and review specifications, bids, and procurement documents
• Coordinate field walkdowns, inspections, and start-up support
• Mentor junior engineers and lead project teams when assigned
• Travel to project sites (~10%) to oversee installations and ensure quality
