Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in a technical field with 15+ years managing multidiscipline projects in nuclear.
• Five+ years designing engineering within nuclear markets, preferred.
• PE license is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to interface with customers.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of the project engineering and design team.
• Direct the development and execution of the project execution plan related to quality, deliverables, schedule, budget, staffing, risks, and change management.
• Monitor and report project progress against the execution plan using project controls; take corrective action as needed.
• Communicate project status to senior management with regular reports and presentations.
• Schedule and lead project team meetings.
• Identify, evaluate, and document risks that could impact project success.
• Monitor, control, and report expenditures against the budget.
• Coordinate engineering resources within a matrix environment.
• Lead the engineering portion of project pursuit by developing technical scope, schedule and cost estimates.
• Provide technical expertise.
