Job summary

Kiewit Supply Network is seeking an entry-level Contract Specialist to support our Nuclear market. You will manage the complete lifecycle of supplier contracts, from RFP through delivery and closeout, and serve as the main liaison for suppliers and project teams.

You will develop, review and negotiate contract terms, manage supplier relationships, and support procurement templates. The role requires collaboration with engineers, estimators, buyers, and logistics to deliver high-quality materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering or supply chain fields required.
• Experience with RFP processes, contract development/negotiation and procurement execution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to manage contract databases and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and negotiate terms and conditions of supplier contracts.
• Manage supplier contracts and relationships to meet standards and client requirements.
• Evaluate vendors based on price, quality and reliability; support lifecycle from RFP to closeout.
• Prepare/issue RFPs and evaluate vendor proposals for project constraints.
• Collaborate with staff to implement procurement templates and drive cost savings.
