Job summary

Aecon Group Inc. is seeking a Site Manager to lead nuclear construction projects with a focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery. You will oversee schedules, budgets, and coordination among customers, engineers, and subcontractors.

The role requires 10–15 years in construction and nuclear experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex, fast-paced outages while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical college diploma or equivalent.
• 10-15 years of construction and supervision experience.
• Experience in Nuclear Construction is required.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, safety, and QA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Understand nuclear safety and enforce safety, quality and human performance programs.
• Develop the project master schedule with Project Controls, PMs, and Construction Managers; ensure compliance by subcontractors.
• Ensure site work adheres to drawings, specs, FWPs, ITPs and budget.
• Maintain relationships with clients, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Interface with customers to provide project status and meet requirements.
• Review timesheets, expenses, and training requests within limits of authority.
