Job summary

X-energy LLC is seeking a Manager, Construction Project Engineering to lead a multidisciplinary team on nuclear facility projects. You will supervise engineers across civil, structural, process/mechanical, EIC, and I&C disciplines, ensuring quality, schedule, and safety compliance in demanding field conditions.

The role emphasizes staffing, workload planning, technical oversight, and proactive risk management on active construction sites, with strong leadership and mentorship for Level I–VI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Nuclear, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Typically 8–10+ years of experience in heavy construction or nuclear engineering.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a team of Construction Project Engineers across civil/structural/architectural, process/mechanical, electrical, and I&C disciplines.
• Allocate workload and staffing to match task complexity and project scope.
• Review and approve deliverables, submittals, NCR dispositions, and field documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide senior technical guidance across disciplines and enforce engineering standards.
