American Data Network seeks experienced NSQIP-Adult Registry Abstractors to support accurate and timely surgical registry abstraction for assigned healthcare clients.

This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on NSQIP-Adult abstraction experience who can review clinical documentation and meet deadlines with high accuracy. Contractors and full-time employees are hired; contractors must commit at least 15 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Current Surgical Clinical Reviewer certification.
• 2+ years of NSQIP-Adult Registry abstraction experience.
• Ability to independently abstract NSQIP-Adult cases using registry specifications.

Responsabilités

• Review patient medical records and abstract data for NSQIP-Adult Registry.
• Apply registry specifications, definitions, and inclusion/exclusion criteria accurately.
• Interpret clinical documentation related to surgical procedures and outcomes.
• Enter data into registry platforms or EHRs with accuracy and completeness.
• Meet productivity expectations and client deadlines.
