Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in project management or similar roles.
• Experience coordinating grant deliverables, sponsor reporting, or compliance requirements is preferred.
• PMP certification or other project management credential is a plus.
• Experience in higher education, research institutions, government, or grant-funded environments is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate project plans, timelines, reporting, and governance processes for institute objectives.
• Administer solicitation design, applicant communications, intake, and NDA/conflict-of-interest documentation.
• Maintain institute dashboards, track milestones, and prepare inputs for NSF annual reports.
• Support travel, meetings, and governance operations; monitor schedule risks and escalate issues.
