Job summary

The University of Central Florida (NCTI) seeks an Administrative Project Manager III to coordinate complex NSF-funded programs and national initiatives. You will manage schedules, reporting, governance processes, and compliance, working with university partners and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; PMP or PM credential is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with NSF-funded projects is valuable; NIH or federal awards also relevant.
• PM certification or similar credential preferred.
• Experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administer nationwide competitions and design review criteria; manage communications and intake; coordinate NDA/COI documentation.
• Support data collection for research and evaluation programs; maintain records and dashboards.
• Prepare inputs for NSF reports and track metrics against targets.
• Maintain compliance documentation and track funding approvals.
• Coordinate governance meetings, agendas, and minutes; support milestone reviews.
