University of Central Florida (NCTI) is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate plans, timelines, reporting, governance, and compliance for a national NSF-funded commercialization institute. You will work with institute leadership, university partners, and external stakeholders to establish operations for launching and sustaining a first-of-its-kind program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating NSF or federal grant-funded projects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• PM certification such as PMP preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate project plans, timelines, reporting activities, governance processes, and compliance requirements for the NSF-funded program.
• Administer data collection, surveys, and records supporting evaluation and reporting.
• Prepare and coordinate reporting for NSF annual reports and dashboards.
• Maintain compliance documentation and records retention per grant requirements.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas/minutes, and manage governance processes.
