University of Central Florida is seeking an Administrative Project Manager III to coordinate NSF-funded initiatives and manage national-level project plans, reporting, and governance. You will collaborate with institute leadership, university partners, and external stakeholders to stand up and sustain a scalable program.

The role requires strong project management, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a federally funded environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with NSF-funded projects or federal grants is valuable.
• PM experience in higher education, research institutions, government, or grant-funded environments is preferred.
• PM certification (e.g., PMP) or other credential is a plus.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate design and deployment of project solicitation, review criteria, and intake processes.
• Administer data collection, milestone tracking, and reporting for NSF annual reports and dashboards.
• Maintain compliance documents, records, and governance materials.
• Schedule and support governance meetings, milestone checkpoints, and board convenings.
• Manage the master project schedule and flag risks to leadership.
• Arrange travel and events in accordance with university policies.
• Document intervention protocol and operating model to support transferability.
