Job summary

Law Staff Legal Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a growing national firm on a fully remote basis. The role focuses on civil and property litigation, with a strong emphasis on debt recovery and proactive client service.

You should have at least 4 years PQE in dispute resolution, excellent communication and IT skills, and be prepared to work in a pressurised environment while contributing to the department's growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FILEX) with ≥4 years PQE in dispute resolution.
• Strong experience in property litigation and debt recovery.
• Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills; proactive with ability to manage a busy workload.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of civil litigation matters.
• Handle property disputes for investors and developers nationwide.
• Deal with debt recovery and collection matters.
• Advise clients across a wider range of civil litigation matters.
• Undertake light commercial litigation where required.
• Experience handling professional negligence claims is advantageous.
• Deliver excellent client care and maintain strong billing performance.
• Work collaboratively with the team and help grow the department.

The Role: Litigation Solicitor.

• Managing a varied caseload of predominantly civil litigation matters.
• Handling a significant volume of property disputes, acting for investors and developers nationwide.
• Dealing with debt recovery and collection matters.
• Advising clients across a wider range of civil litigation matters.
• Undertaking some light commercial litigation where required.
• Handling professional negligence claims would be advantageous.
• Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong billing performance.
• Working collaboratively with the existing team and contributing to the growth of the department.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FILEX) with at least 4 years' PQE in dispute resolution, with strong experience in property litigation and debt recovery.

You will have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills, a proactive approach and the ability to manage a busy workload within a pressurised environment.
