Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for New Product Introduction to own the systems side of launches from pricing discussions through the first invoice. You will work across catalog, quoting, contracts, billing, and tax to ensure successful go-to-market execution.

You will build declarative solutions where possible, partner with Salesforce CPQ and Billing teams, and apply AI tooling to shorten launch cycles.

Qualifications

• Experience in GTM or revenue systems roles.
• Experience with pricing and catalog changes across systems.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the systems side of new product and pricing launches across catalog, quoting, contracts, billing and reporting.
• Translate pricing and packaging decisions into concrete system changes (SKUs, price books, bundles, tax codes).
• Build a repeatable NPI playbook: intake, readiness, sign-offs and launch calendar.
• Collaborate with Product, Pricing, Sales, Finance, and Legal for sign-offs before launch.
• Design end-to-end pricing models including usage-based, seat-based, and multi-year ramp pricing.
• Coordinate changes across Salesforce, billing and tax platforms.
