Anthropic is seeking a Director, Finance Systems - Revenue Systems Engineering to own the architecture and delivery of our order-to-cash, revenue recognition, and ERP integrations. You will lead data pipelines, automate revenue workflows, and collaborate with Finance, Billing, and Engineering to scale globally.

You will guide architecture decisions, drive automation, and ensure compliance with ASC 606 while mentoring a cross-functional team in a fast-growing AI company.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of revenue systems engineering experience, OTC focus
• Experience implementing revenue platforms at scale for SaaS/subscription models
• Multi-entity, multi-currency operations with complex revenue recognition

Responsibilities

• Own revenue systems architecture for multi-entity operations
• Build scalable data pipelines with DBT/SQL for real-time integrations
• Automate revenue recognition workflows compliant with ASC 606
• Design data transformations to support finance, billing, and product teams
• Establish testing frameworks for SIT and audit readiness
• Lead ERP integration patterns and CI/CD practices
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in data engineering
