Job summary

Peak Design is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to anchor cross-functional coordination across our product lifecycle. You will own the end-to-end project schedule, connect with product teams, and ensure smooth information flow from development through launch.

You will collaborate with design, engineering, overseas manufacturing, marketing, and sales to align on sample requests, timing, and go-to-market plans, while maintaining a strong focus on on-time delivery and communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on project management across multiple teams.
• Able to work 3 days a week from the Dogpatch office in San Francisco.
• Experience with mass production of consumer products.
• Strong systems thinking and rational problem solving to navigate roadblocks.

Responsibilities

• Own the project development schedule end-to-end, coordinating with the product team to hit milestones and flag delays.
• Provide logistical support to keep the project on track and support the product development team.
• Maintain and communicate the NPI schedule across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate sample logistics globally and ensure proper shipping across locations.
• Join evening vendor calls with product team to confirm schedules and factory capacity.
• Own the details to prevent things from falling through the cracks.
• Collaborate with in-house design, manufacturing, marketing, customer success, and retail teams.
