Job summary

Peak Design in San Francisco is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to own the cross-functional coordination of new product introductions. You’ll work with product, manufacturing, and marketing teams to keep launches on track and ensure clear communication across all functions.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on project management experience, in-office presence three days a week in the Dogpatch, and a strong ability to navigate complex supply chains.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in cross-functional project management across multiple teams.
• Able to work 3 days a week from the San Francisco Dogpatch office.
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving to navigate roadblocks.
• Familiarity with mass production of consumer products.

Responsibilities

• Own the project development schedule end-to-end, tracking milestones and flagging delays.
• Provide logistical support to keep the product development process on track.
• Maintain and communicate the NPI schedule across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate sample logistics globally and manage vendor calls.
• Ensure tight coordination with manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams.
