Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• 5+ years of work experience with project management responsibilities within a manufacturing organization.
• Microsoft Project and/or Smartsheet experience required.
• Strong project management skills including timeline development, milestones, status reporting, and issue resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with varying stakeholders and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize project management expertise to lead and manage cross-functional project execution.
• Coordinate with internal/external global teams to ensure on-time delivery of assigned projects.
• Ensure project aligns with approved design and project specifications.
• Elevate key concerns and issues for resolution.
• Track status and reporting for New Product Introduction (NPI) review meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
