Job summary

The Mom Project is seeking a Project Manager on a contract basis to support a robotics-focused customer in Sunnyvale, CA. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, service, and operations to drive new product introductions and ongoing sustainment.

This hybrid role requires at least 4 years of complex capital equipment experience, preferably in medical devices or robotics, and a proven ability to navigate regulated environments and cross‑functional partnerships.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering or a scientific field.
• Experience supporting Field Service/Service Operations.
• Experience with regulated medical devices and ISO/DFM standards.
• Ability to influence product development for service.
• Autonomous thinker with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams on NPIs and product sustainment.
• Create and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with Engineering PMO and GSBU stakeholders.
• Align service strategies with product development across functions.
• Drive readiness for product launch and continuous improvement.
