Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager for a leading sensor technology and advanced manufacturing client. You will lead high-visibility new product development and launch initiatives across medical, industrial, automotive, and other critical applications.

A strong engineering foundation paired with proven project leadership will drive complex NPI programs from customer award through production launch. The role requires collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of PM/engineering project experience.
Experience leading NPI projects from award to production launch.
Background in sensors, medical devices, MEMS or electromechanical products.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from business award through start of production.
Manage NPI programs and product launch activities.
Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, operations, and commercial teams.
Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource plans.
Monitor project budgets, expenses, investments, and revenue forecasts.
Lead customer meetings and serve as the primary project contact.
Drive scope management, change control, and risk mitigation.
Facilitate tollgate and project status reviews with leadership teams.
Ensure project documentation is properly maintained and archived.
Drive accountability, action item completion, and project execution discipline.
Support technical discussions and decision-making throughout development cycles.
