Job summary

Expert Employment Limited is seeking an NPI Project Manager to drive the execution of electronics, control, measurement and semiconductor projects from concept to production and launch, leading cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing and quality.

The ideal candidate has project management experience in electronic hardware or related precision manufacturing, familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems, and progress toward or holding certifications such as CAPM, PMP,

Qualifications

PM experience in electronic hardware or related precision manufacturing.
Familiar with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
Pursuing or holding certifications (CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, APM PMQ).
Bachelor degree in engineering or related technical subject.
Stage gate or similar product development processes knowledge.

Responsibilities

Manage execution of projects across the product development lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management
Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and business teams to drive milestone and resolve blockers.
Track project financials including budget consumption and variance reporting, escalating concerns before they become problems.
Maintain project documentation consistent with ISO quality system requirements, ensuring deliverables and decisions are traceable and auditable.
