Job summary
EPTAM Precision, Northfield, NH, is seeking a Project Manager - NPI Medical Device Manufacturing to drive new product introductions and lead cross-functional execution. This role focuses on delivering on-time, compliant projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will define scope, manage budgets, and coordinate with engineering, production and quality teams to ensure successful program outcomes.
Qualifications
- 4+ years Medical Device Experience in PM, QA, R&D, Manufacturing or similar.
- Engineering background in R&D, design or process development.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope and objectives and ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, production and quality.
- Manage budgets, timelines and milestones to ensure delivery.
- Develop and report detailed project plans using Microsoft Projects or similar.
- Communicate with internal teams and external customers effectively.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across programs.
