Job summary

Teledyne Micropac is seeking a Program Manager for New Product Introduction to lead cross-functional teams through concept, development, qualification, and production release of high-reliability aerospace and defense products.

You will drive programs end-to-end, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customers while managing risks, budgets, and schedules to meet all requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading NPI from concept through production release.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and phase-gate processes.
• Experience managing aerospace/defense/high-reliability programs.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience with qualification testing (environmental, electrical, mechanical, reliability).
• Knowledge of program management tools and EVM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI programs from concept to production release.
• Direct execution to meet technical, schedule, cost, quality, and customer requirements.
• Lead cross-functional IPTs across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, and Business Development.
• Coordinate product development activities including design reviews and qualification planning.
• Monitor program performance using schedule, cost, risk, and metrics.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management.
