Responsibilities

Support the Senior NPI Manager in delivering products on time by coordinating end-to-end execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) deliverables.
Own and track operations checklists and deliverables, including build readiness and change control.
Coordinate PCBA board delivery for operations and manage Prototype Build Requests.
Track, publish, and review program KPIs (schedule, yield, quality, cost, readiness) and elevate risks proactively.
Run and maintain program execution checklists to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
Participate in cross-functional NPI meetings and drive issues to closure.
