Job summary

Eitacies Inc is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the development and launch of next-generation x86 hardware appliances from concept through production in Santa Clara, onsite.

You will coordinate across Hardware, Mechanical, Software, Quality, Compliance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, manage NPI programs, and drive ECOs, phase gates, and risk mitigation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in hardware product development and manufacturing.
  • Strong experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI) programs for x86 hardware platforms.
  • Experience working with global contract manufacturers.
  • Strong knowledge of PCBA, Hardware Validation, Product Characterization, DFM, DFA, DFT.
  • Experience with product development tools including Arena, Jira, Valor, CAD tools.
  • Strong project and program management skills.
  • Experience with risk assessment, schedule management, supplier management, and material planning.
  • Experience driving ECOs.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) programs for x86 hardware platforms.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Hardware, Mechanical, Software, Quality, Compliance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Test Engineering, Product Management, and Operations teams.
  • Develop and manage hardware development schedules aligned with software delivery timelines.
  • Ensure product quality and reliability through hardware validation, manufacturing testing, and release management.
  • Define and enforce phase gate milestones and release criteria.
  • Coordinate DFM, DFA, and DFT activities with global contract manufacturers.
  • Drive ECOs and corrective actions throughout product development.
  • Identify and mitigate technical, manufacturing, and supply chain risks.
  • Support product characterization, component characterization, and manufacturing readiness.
  • Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Business Systems to ensure order fulfillment readiness.
  • Identify cost reduction opportunities through should-cost analysis and multi-sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain component traceability and multi-level BOM tracking.
  • Lead PRQ initiatives and continuous process improvements.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the development and launch of next-generation x86 hardware appliances. This role will work closely with engineering, operations, supply chain, and global manufacturing partners to drive successful New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from concept through production. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing cross-functional hardware development programs, contract manufacturing, and product lifecycle execution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Strong project and program management skills.
  • Experience with risk assessment, schedule management, supplier management, and material planning.
  • Experience driving Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
