Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation seeks a Senior NPI Program Manager (Operations) to own the Operations NPI schedule from tape-out to production release. You will collaborate with ASIC, product, test, system, software, and planning teams in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in engineering/program management, a BS in EE (MS preferred), and strong PM skills. The role offers equity, benefits, and competitive compensation in Santa Clara, CA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in engineering or technical program management.
• Bachelor's in EE or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Proficiency with program management planning tools.
• Ability to analyze and optimize supply chain processes.
• Solid knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing flow and processes.

Responsibilities

• Track and communicate key results, risks, dependencies and critical paths with cross-functional teams.
• Publish progress updates to upper management and handle cross-functional communications.
• Bring diverse teams together to tackle complex problems and drive closure.
• Develop and own the Plan of Record (POR) and qualification plans for production release.
• Develop wafer and hardware risk plans and manage sample supply.
• Lead NPI meetings and highlight Ops issues to ensure production readiness.
• Drive process improvements for NPI across Operations and cross-functional teams.
• Own metrics for NPI supply, ramp and release milestones and manage budgets.
