Job summary

FM Industries in Tempe, AZ seeks a Technical Program Manager to oversee New Product Introduction projects from concept through launch. You will develop detailed plans, coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams, and ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree or equivalent experience, strong communication, and proven program management across multiple sites. This role offers a structured environment with training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Experience managing multiple projects across sites.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project).

Responsibilities

• Develops comprehensive project plans with timelines and dependencies.
• Identifies resource allocations or challenges to meet timelines.
• Leads cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and execution.
• Identifies risks, develops mitigation strategies and addresses issues.
• Communicates status updates and key decisions to stakeholders.
• Coordinates with customers on NPI project status.
• Streamlines workflows across multiple sites.
• Complies with environmental, health and safety laws and policy.
• Performs additional related duties as assigned.
