Job summary

Tecomet Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to drive execution excellence and operational efficiency for new product introductions and transfers.

You will lead a cross-functional team across engineering, supply chain, and quality to deliver on time and on budget at our Riviera Beach, FL site. Responsibilities include applying APQP and Stage/Gate processes, developing schedules, mitigating risks, and reporting progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; minimum 3 years in program management or engineering in medical device, aerospace or industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with customers, sales/marketing, and operations preferred.
• Experience in medical device, aerospace and defense manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in contract manufacturing or job shop environment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Utilize APQP, Stage/Gate and NPI processes to deliver projects per customer requirements.
• Ensure results meet quality, reliability, schedule and cost targets.
• Drive programs from early development through testing, certification and production.
• Plan, execute, and deliver programs on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and financial forecasts.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams and regular progress reviews.
