Job summary
KLA is seeking an NPI Product Engineer to gain deep systems knowledge of wafer inspection platforms including image processing servers, wafer stages, motion control, and automation. You will support customers worldwide in operation, installation, upgrade, diagnosis, and repair of advanced inspection systems.
The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, technical report writing, and driving small projects within a matrix organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physics, IT/Software/Networking, Electronics, Optics, Mechanical, Software or related technical field.
- Hands-on experience building, operating, and solving problems for KLA Inspection systems.
- Knowledge of servers, electrical and mechanical systems, and/or motion control.
Responsibilities
- Gain systems engineering knowledge of wafer inspection systems and components.
- Support operation, installation, upgrade, diagnosis, repair and application of systems for customers.
- Write technical reports and communicate issues, analyses, and recommendations.
