Job summary

KLA is looking for a Product Engineer to join their Central Engineering Group in Ann Arbor. This role entails ensuring tool availability and performance for wafer inspection tools while collaborating with systems, software, and applications teams to enhance operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Master's Level Degree with 0 years related work experience.
• Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the engineering tool owner for assigned wafer inspection tools.
• Monitor tool health, uptime, and performance; identify issues.
• Implement and support calibration and maintenance activities.
• Resolve tool issues through structured root-cause analysis.
• Support customer demos in partnership with Applications Engineers.
• Document investigations and lessons learned.
• Provide on-call or off-hours support during critical activities.
