Job summary

JubilantHollisterStierLLC in Spokane, WA seeks a Portfolio Manager – New Product Introduction (NPI) to govern client programs from pre-quote feasibility through launch. You will translate the Salesforce pipeline into a probability-weighted, capacity-feasible roadmap across lines and off-line activities, ensuring audit-ready decisions.

With 7–10+ years in pharma/biologics and PMO leadership, you’ll partner with BD, Tech Ops, QA/RA, Manufacturing, Finance and Site Leadership to protect margins,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PM, Engineering, Science, or Business.
• 7–10+ years in pharmaceutical/biologics/sterile manufacturing.
• 3–5 years in portfolio governance or PMO leadership.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Power BI, SharePoint, and MS Project/Planner.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation and data-driven decision skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and improve the NPI stage-gates with clear entry/exit criteria and capacity checks.
• Translate the BD pipeline into a 12–18 month, probability-weighted NPI roadmap.
• Publish and own Pipeline→Capacity→Revenue bridge and compliance dashboards.
• Ensure early PM engagement during solution shaping and quoting; provide feasibility checks.
• Identify revenue-at-risk with owners and mitigation plans.
• Aggregate and manage portfolio risks and maintain an audit-ready log.
• Lead weekly pipeline syncs and quarterly revenue reviews.
• Ensure data integrity and CSV considerations for supporting tools.
