Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biologics/sterile manufacturing or regulated operations.
• 3-5 years in portfolio/program governance or PMO leadership.
• Experience with stage-gate governance, capacity/resource planning, and portfolio reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio governance and prioritization for NPI.
• Translate Salesforce BD pipeline into an NPI roadmap.
• Identify and resolve revenue-at-risk with mitigation plans.
