Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier LLC in Spokane, WA, is hiring a Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs supporting our CDO offerings within the CMO. You will translate strategy into executable initiatives, align with regulatory requirements, and drive outcomes across technical, quality, and commercial work streams.

You will mentor project managers, manage risks and dependencies, and partner with senior leaders to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and strong governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive project/program management experience.
• Experience in regulated environments (pharma/biotech/medical device) required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with interdependencies.
• Experience with CMOs/CDMOs preferred.
• Strong governance, risk, and issue management at program level required.
• Excellent collaboration with senior leadership and client-facing teams.
• Working knowledge of GMP and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution for complex site programs.
• Develop integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Align program objectives with business strategy and capacity.
• Establish governance, decision forums, escalation, and reporting.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies.
• Coordinate with Technical, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Commercial.
• Ensure GMP/regulatory compliance across programs.
• Provide status reporting to leadership on progress and financials.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers.
