Job summary
Empower Pharmacy is hiring a Product Lifecycle Manager to drive cross-functional execution for new product introduction, material changes, and portfolio optimization in a regulated 503A/503B setting. You will own the NPI stage-gate process from stability testing to commercial launch, aligning supply chain, R&D, production, and quality to maximize value.
The role requires 7–10 years in supply chain or project management within life sciences, with strong leadership and experience in stage-gate
Qualifications
- 7–10 years in supply chain or project management within life sciences.
- Experience with NPI, stage-gate launches, and cross-functional coordination.
- Supervisory leadership in dynamic, regulated environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, life sciences, or related field.
- Certifications (CSCP/CPIM/PMP/Lean Sigma) are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead NPI planning and stage-gate execution from stability to launch.
- Coordinate material setup, procurement, scheduling, and forecasting.
- Chair governance boards and drive change-management processes.
- Prepare portfolio plans, allocate resources, and justify decisions.
