Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking an Engineering Planner I in Eden Prairie, MN to support New Product Introduction planning, scheduling, and material coordination. You will partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, and Product Management to ensure material availability and schedule alignment across PDP.

The role develops expertise in planning, scheduling, ERP systems, and NPI processes under general supervision, with exposure to high-velocity environments and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Finance, Materials Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent required.
• APICS or CPM certification preferred or other international certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates production plans for new products ensuring material availability for schedules.
• Monitors schedules to support on-time delivery and coordinates material availability.
• Resolves capacity and material constraints to prevent schedule interruptions.
• Approves unit quantities and schedules for material control and procurement.
• Coordinates NPI Engineering Change Orders and maintains BOMs in SAP.
