Job summary

Advanced Energy in Wilmington, MA is seeking a Materials (Engineering) Planner to support High Voltage Systems and RF Engineering teams. You will coordinate material availability, manage ECOs, and maintain BOMs in SAP, ensuring projects stay on schedule.

The role requires 5+ years in planning or supply chain, experience with SAP or ERP systems, and a BS in a related field. Competitive compensation and strong benefits are offered in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or ERP systems to manage BOMs, planning data and material requirements.
• Ability to present ideas clearly, in writing and verbally.
• MS Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint; MS Project schedule management desired.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, coordinate and monitor product development through PDP.
• Coordinate production plans to ensure material availability meets project schedules.
• Manage on-time delivery by meeting ship dates and resolving capacity issues.
• Approve unit quantities, schedules and parts lists for material control and production material requirements.
• Manage and implement NPI ECOs and maintain BOMs in SAP; create and maintain work orders and transfer orders.
