Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field; 2+ years of solid engineering experience; MS or PhD preferred for higher roles.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to mechanical engineering deliverables from defined tasks to complex scope.
  • Identify, analyze, and manage requirements with traceability.
  • Develop concepts meeting functionality, performance, cost, and schedule constraints.
  • Define specifications, interfaces, and technical documentation for reviews and downstream execution.
  • Coordinate dependencies to enable smooth project execution and system integration.
  • Define and execute validation and test approaches to support release readiness.
  • Estimate effort, plan work, manage risks and deliver assigned packages on time.
  • Coach and mentor colleagues as applicable to job grade and scope.
  • Follow EHS policies and proactively identify and mitigate safety risks.
