Job summary

ASML US, LLC seeks a Mechanic/Mechatronics NPI Engineer for its Strategic Sourcing & Procurement group in Wilton, CT. You will drive industrialization of mechanical components, bridging ASML design teams with suppliers, from early involvement through volume production.

The role emphasizes strong technical and manufacturing expertise with a quality assurance background, in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. On-site with potential flexible days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Applied Physics) or equivalent.
• 5+ years in design or process engineering with quality systems exposure.
• Experience with manufacturing techniques and supplier collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead early supplier involvement to merge co-development with ASML design.
• Ensure part quality, manufacturability and serviceability in design phase.
• Document D&E collaboration and supplier roles.
• Support supplier selection and engagement to drive manufacturability from design to volume.
• Deliverables include design acceptance, qualified parts, process flow, FMEA and 1st article inspection.
• Travel approximately 20% as needed.
