Job summary
Endeavour Inc. seeks an experienced NPI/Manufacturing leader to transition GridTran's power conversion platform from development to mass production.
You will own the detailed NPI plans, stand up an internal NPI line, and manage the contract manufacturer end-to-end, translating designs into scalable manufacturing processes and production flows. You will partner with electrical, mechanical engineering and CM teams to mitigate schedule, quality and resource risks while driving continuous
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of engineering experience including 2+ years leading multi-disciplinary NPI or manufacturing engineering teams.
- Proven track record launching power conversion hardware in high-tech hardware environments.
- Experience running a build line with takt planning, DFM/DFA/DFT, work instructions, fixtures and tooling.
Responsibilities
- Own development and execution of detailed NPI project plans (EVT/DVT/PVT).
- Stand up GridTran's internal NPI line and manage CM engagement end to end.
- Lead NPI team across certification, reliability, PLM integration and test.
- Drive DFX, yield, and cost improvements ahead of volume production.
- Oversee ECO-driven change control, BOM management, and supplier qualification.
- Travel to CM and supplier sites domestically and internationally.
