Qualifications

• 5+ years with MS or 3+ years with PhD in developing high‑power converters.
• Track record of taking at least one complex power electronics product to mass production.
• Proficiency in schematic capture and multi‑physics thermal/magnetic simulation.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement advanced converter topologies.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate converter modules.
• Lead bring‑up, testing, and debugging of high‑power modules.

Skills

Expertise in modern Design for Excellence (DFX)

Proficiency in high‑power, high‑voltage laboratory environments

Familiarity with modern PLM structures

Deep understanding of power semiconductor switching physics

Control of power converters

Education

MS or PhD degree in power electronics

Tools

Circuit simulators (e.g., PLECS, SPICE)

Differential probes

Oscilloscopes
