Insight Global is seeking a Senior Manager, NPI Manufacturing for a client developing advanced high‑power energy infrastructure. This role owns the NPI process as a medium‑voltage platform transitions from technology development into productization, leading demonstration, pilot, and certification builds; and manages contract manufacturer engagement from transfer through production ramp.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field required.
• 5+ years of engineering experience with 2+ years leading multidisciplinary NPI/manufacturing teams.
• Experience launching power conversion hardware and running a build line with DFM/DFA/DFT.
• Proven ability to manage BOM structures, ECO changes, and CM relationships.
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence or similar program-tracking tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own NPI project plans from phase-gate reviews to production ramp.
• Manage master build schedule, tooling, fixtures, and part availability.
• Design and operate internal NPI production area and build docs.
• Lead NPI team across certification, reliability, PLM integration, testing.
• Interface with contract manufacturers to translate designs into processes.
• Coordinate tooling, supplier qualification, and CM builds.
• Drive DFM/DFA/DFT throughout development.
• Improve manufacturability, first-pass yield, and cost before volume production.
• Maintain manufacturing documentation and PLM BOM structures.
• Manage ECO changes, cutovers, and serial-number effectivity.
• Establish NPI reporting and KPIs; travel domestically and internationally.
