Endeavour Inc. is seeking a Senior Power Electronics Engineer to lead design, simulation, and commercial release of high-power, grid-connected converters for utility-scale storage, data centers, and industrial electrification.

You will own the hardware design lifecycle from topology selection to prototyping and certification. Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience with MS or 3+ years with PhD, strong knowledge of switching physics, parasitics, thermal management, and DSP-based

Competenze

• MS or PhD in power electronics with industry experience in high-power, high-voltage converters (kW to MW).
• Experience taking complex hardware from concept through mass production and regulatory approvals.
• Expertise in Design for Excellence (DFX) and cost reduction without performance loss.
• Proven track record in grid-tied converters and power conversion architectures.

Mansioni

• Architect and implement advanced converter topologies for high-power applications.
• Collaborate with mechanical and manufacturing teams to ensure manufacturability.
• Design layouts to minimize parasitics and EMI.
• Develop high-frequency magnetic components and thermal solutions.
• Work with embedded controls to implement digital control algorithms.
• Lead bring-up, test, and iterations of hardware modules.
• Apply DFX/DFM/DFT/DFC to enable high-yield mass production.
• Coordinate with NPI and manufacturing for production flows and second-sourcing.
