Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an experienced Advanced Manufacturing Engineer for New Product Introduction (NPI) to link engineering and supply chain with program management. The role drives cost, capability, and producibility targets, evaluating design, supply base, manufacturing processes, and product yield.

APQP, DFMEA/PFMEA, and PPAP experience are required. The position requires on-site presence at the Phoenix, AZ location, with responsibilities spanning design evaluations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical, Aerospace preferred).
• 5+ years in engineering, technical program management or integrated supply chain.
• 3+ years manufacturing engineering or technical program management on complex mechanical or electromechanical products.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of new manufacturing techniques.
• Review designs for cost, quality, manufacturability, and yield.
• Manage MRL items to meet IPDS goals.
• Manage UPC models to meet Flawless Launch and APQP goals.
• Interface with engineering and sourcing to identify suppliers meeting capacity and cost goals.
