Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer (Finance) to join the AME – New Product Introduction team in Phoenix. The role focuses on implementing new manufacturing techniques, evaluating designs for cost and manufacturability, and managing APQP artifacts to ensure production readiness across aerospace programs.

The candidate will collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, and Sourcing to meet cost, capability, and yield targets, while ensuring DFMEA/PFMEA/MSA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical, Aerospace).
• 5+ years of Engineering, Technical Program Management or Integrated Supply Chain experience.
• 3+ years performing manufacturing engineering and/or technical program management on complex mechanical or electromechanical products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of new manufacturing techniques.
• Review designs for cost, quality, manufacturability, and yield.
• Interface with Engineering and Sourcing to identify Suppliers meeting capacity, cost, and capability goals.
• Drive APQP artifacts and DFMEA/PFMEA/MSA to ensure product readiness.
