Job summary

Beehive Industries, located at our Centennial, CO facility, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to own engineering execution across the product lifecycle. You will lead process definition, production readiness, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure scalable, producible designs.

The role requires a mechanical/manufacturing background with 5+ years of experience, proficiency in DFM/DFA, APQP, PFMEA, and lean practices, plus ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• Typically 5+ years of related work experience with a Bachelor’s; 3 years with a Master’s.
• Experience with machining, additive manufacturing, welding or assembly processes.
• Experience leading DFM/DFA and manufacturing readiness efforts.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing engineering execution for assigned products or components.
• Lead process definition, workflow development, and production readiness.
• Drive DFM/DFA collaboration with Design Engineering teams.
• Support product transitions from prototype to production.
• Develop manufacturing requirements, tooling concepts, and technical standards.
