Job summary

Amphenol Energy is seeking an experienced Manufacturing/NPI Engineer to transition new connector products from design to scalable production. You will bridge design, operations, quality, and supply chain to ensure manufacturability, cost, and on-time delivery.

You will lead DFM, tooling, work instructions, validation testing, and production readiness for harsh-environment products across oil & gas, renewable energy, and heavy industries. Strong emphasis on process excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in connector manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Experience with NPI from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI from design release to production launch.
• Develop manufacturability and process documentation.
• Coordinate prototype builds and ECOs through lifecycle.
• Drive Lean initiatives to reduce waste and lead times.
• Support QC/PPAP activities and customer reviews.
